Report the problem to the place that can act
The directory can review its own listing. It cannot delete Telegram posts, restore a channel or promise how quickly another platform will act. Report those issues through the platform's available controls as well.

Keep the report specific and minimal
Identify the listing
Use the local profile URL or the exact public username.
Describe what changed
Distinguish a failed username, a restricted destination, an identity mismatch and an excluded topic.
Avoid forwarding media
Do not download, save or redistribute suspected abusive material to prove that it exists.
Leave secrets out
A useful directory report does not require a Telegram login code, password or identity-document image.
Screening is a filter, not a certificate
This cluster uses the project's existing exclusions for underage themes, non-consensual material, services and other disallowed topics. The builder evaluates recorded metadata; it does not inspect every upload or certify consent and distribution rights for individual files.
A channel can change after the snapshot, and labels can be inaccurate. If a destination contradicts the directory description, report the current observation even when the record has a large subscriber total or a recent-looking date. Neither field overrides a concrete problem.
