DMCA / Copyright Policy

TGPorn respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to valid takedown notices. Because TGPorn does not host any media — we only link to Telegram channels — the fastest resolution is usually to have the content removed at the source (Telegram). We will, however, remove any offending listing from our directory.

Submitting a notice

To request removal of a listing, submit a notice via our report form (select “Copyright / DMCA”) including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The channel username and, where possible, the specific message or preview.
• Your contact information (name, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice through the same form. We aim to process all valid notices within a reasonable time.
